   7.  Peoommendat Ions.

             Personnel.  It        Is recommended that the T/O for the Test
   snd Eva I U2t ion Un I ts be      ncr eased to a I ow for S twenty-four hour
   capsbl I  ty (three shl fts)       to support high density or prolonged
   operations.   Add It lone I l'y,    it  Is recornmended that a ml n mum of
   three additional   pereonnel        be assigned to operate the fixed a I te
   at MOLB, Barstow.

       b.    LogIstics.

             (1) It is recommended that the n~ob le test fact ity
   ma ints in enough ~upp tes on hand to support e~tended twenty           four
   hour ope rat I ons.

             (2) The tariff si:!Ing for the Marine Corps should be
   reviewed by Headquarters Marine Corps.

             (3) It is recommended th~t a mobile storage capability be
.~ provided to the T&EU's for storage of reptaoement masks and
   replacement parts.    A         U-HauI~ type truck `nould afford not only
   the capabIlity of transporting needed assets, but would alsc
   provide the ~~oure, control led area needed to properly store
   assets.

       C.    OperatIons.

             (1) 1 t Is rec~mmended that greater care and better
   prior planning be ut i I i~ed to ensure that units have
   edequate t irne to Co I 1 eCt a 1 1   the i r NBC assets to be tested pr i or
   to transporting masks to the mobile test faci 1 Ity.

             (2) It is recommended that        in the future  unIts ensure
   they follow the ~&EU check 1 1st,        provided to the host unit1 prior
   to arrIving at the mobile test faci I ity.         ThIs wi I   al 1ev late any
   unnecessary personnel          and time lost by screening and prepar in~
   masks for testing.
