    S.   Comments.     As outlined above,        the Marine Corps Test and
    Evaluation Units cannot effectively support the rapid deployment
    of a  l~rge number of F=MF units.           Unless drastic changes      In the
    number of personnel          dedicated to this unit are provided,       a revie~~

    change  is made to the Standard Oper~ting Proc~dures               (SOP) of th~
