           Were it not for non-deployables (three) MOS 54B, the garrison
          chemical mission for mobilization COLLID not have been @Ltlly
          accomplished. Post Chemical did have to fight to keep its MUS
          54B personnel who -Filled USAG authorizations -From being detailed
          to +ili. lst ID (M) shortages.

          S. (LJ) RECOMMENDED ACTION- (a) ContinLte to iLkStify two
          additional enlisted persons on manpower survey dOCLiments to
          handle NBC Logistics functions.

            (b) Retain Post Chemical's collocation with NBC Division-,
          keep Post Chemical subordinate to the DPTM as a garrison asset
          with its full complement of garrison responsibilities.

            (c) Retain all IMA spaces.
