3. (U) P."EYWORDS: RWO (REAL WORLD OPS), USA (US ARMY), ACTIVE
COMPONENT, ADMINISTRATION, PERSONNEL, ACCOUNTABILITY.
4. (U) TITLE: PERSONNEL: ACCOUNTABILITY OF SOLDIERS RECORDS
5. (U) OBSERVATION: Legal and medical documentation from
deploying units on nandeployable soldiers was not accurate nor
complete.
6. (U) DISCUSSION. Speedy and efficient processing of legal and
medical matters was delayed due to poor documentation by
transferring units, Soldiers arrived at 13arriscn with only
orders; SMIF, legal, and medical profiles had either been
misplaced by deploying unit or records were incomplete.
7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: Accurate records are critical to the
transfer of soldiers between units.
