           4. (U) TITLE: PERSONNEL: UNITS DID NOT PROVIDE DENTAC WITH
           UPDATED ROSTERS


           5. (U) OBSERVATION: lst ID and Tenant units that deployed did
           not provide DENTAC with up-to-date unit or manifest rosters.

           6. (U) DISCUSSION: Providing DENTAC with up-to-date rosters or
           manifests reduces the time spent screening records and
           attempting to get soldiers who are either no longer here or
           nondeployable to report to the dental clinic.

           7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: Units must provide accurate information
           to supporting agencies.

           S. (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION: UNITS: Provide up-to-date unit
           manning rosters an a quarterly basis during peace time and on a
           weekly or bi-weekly basis once alerted for deployment.
