           CAPABILITY, SHORTAGE, SUPPORTABILITY, MATERIEL, CRIT3 (IMPORTANT
           PROBLEM).


           4. (U) TITLE- LOGISTICS: 30-Day Supply of SSSC Items Was
           Inadequate

           S. (LI) OBSERVATION.- The 15-day supply of SSSC items that units
           took was not adequate; units exhausted supplies while still at
           port,

           6. (u) DISCUSSION: Planning for non-POMCUS theater must include
           an increase of SSSC items to a 3C)-day Supply in lieu Of 15-days.

           7. (u) LESSON LEARNED: G3 Plans: Incorporate a requirement +or
           30-day  Supply Of SSSC items to be deployed with unit i ]'I future
           plans.
