3.A THE AL QAIM SUPERPHOSPHATE FERTILIZER PLANT IS LOCATED AT 
34140N 0410932E NOT AT 341541N WHICH IS THE LOCATION OF THE AL 
QAIM CEMENT PLANT.

3.B.  THE AL QAIM SUPERPHOSPHATE FERTILIZER PLANT HAS SUSTAINMED 
DAMANGE TO UREA AND FERTILIZER STORAGE BUILDINGS.   THE MATERIAL 
STORED INSIDE THESE BUILDINGS IS PWERED FERTILIZER AND DOES NOT 
POSE A VAPOR HAZARD NOR A DANGER TO THE POPULATION AND FORCES 
OPERATING IN THIS  VICINITY.

IF THE NITRIC ACID OR SULFURIC ACID PLANTS ARE HIT, THERE IS A 
DANGER OF TOXIC NITROGEN DIOXIDE, NITROUS OXIDE, SULFURIC ACID, 
AND POSSIBLY HYDROGEN SULFIDE FUMES.  THESE FUMES WOULD BE 
DANGEROUS ONLY IN THE GENRAL VICINITY OF THE PLANT (APPROXIMATELY 
1/4 MILE).  THESE GASES ARE READILY DISSIPATED IN AIR SO THERE 
WILL BE NO HAZARD TO THE GENERAL POPULATION.
