          4. (U) TITLE: LOGISTICS: Maximum Secondary Loads of Class IV
          Supplies (Lumber)

          5. (u) OBSERVATION- Class IV Supplies were seriously short
          in-country; lumber was not available at all.

          6. (Lt) DISCUSSION: In retrospect, DEH lumber assets should have
          been depleted by the division and "stltffed" into every available
          CONEX +or shipping.

          7. (u) LESSON LEARNED: Non-POMCUS deployments call for max
          loads of lumber in all excess spaces in CONEXS.

          B. (Lt) RECOMMENDED ACTION: G7. Plans.- That -Future planning -For
          non-POMCUS deployment include the shipment of all Class IV items
          available.
