          4. (U) TITLE: Logistics: POM Site Farewells

          5. (u) OBSERVATION: Too many friends and family members at POM
          SITE.,


          6. (Lt) DISCUSSION: The large amount of traffic, security and
          the size of the mission is not conducive to additional people at
          the POM. The additional requirements to maintain security, +low
          through the site itself, put an additional strain a-F manpower
          and control.


          7. (Lt) LESSON LEARNED: Farewells cannot be held at F-'OM SITE
          when it hinders the conduct of.the mission.

          B. (u) RECOMMENDED ACTION:   All farewells be made at home or
          unit areas.
