Reference Task OICC 4139, Orange Cloud Assessment

      The SCUD oxidizer Inhibited Fuming Red Nitric Acid (IFRNA) 
could have produced the orange cloud seen by the pilot on 2 Feb.  
IFRNA could release a cloud of mixed oxides of nitrogen.  The 
oxide N2O3 is reddish-brown, which accounts for the color.
