CCEP/Hotline: Registration and Usage

Q. How many veterans are registered in the Comprehensive Clinical Evaluation Program?

A. As of December 31, 2000, 56,845 1990-1991 Gulf War veterans were enrolled by self-referral into the program. Of this number, 16,129 declined evaluation.

Q. How many people actually call the DoD 800 number hotlines?

A. The CCEP and the DoD incident reporting hotlines handled 743 calls during March 2001.
