T&EU to SWA prior to any preparation to deploy the T&EU            How-

ever   it nust be noted that i'ecent reduction in T&EU staff in~

leaves each T&EU near T/O 1- ol f icer/4 enlisted   Therefore

cons i derat ion should be ~ 1 ven to pul 1 trained operators f ron   the

CRC to ensure that the fixed Yacilities and n~bile facilities can
