SubJ : TENTATIVE SCIlEDULE FOR NBC T&EU'S
1. To support the current requirements to test Ml~A2 Gas Masks
the following tentative TAD schedule is provided. This schedule
is subject to change as situation dictates.
S T&EU East: Depart MCLB Albany NLT 26 November 1990 for
CLNC -
b. T&EU West: Depart via air 29 November 90 for CLNC to
return to MCLB Barstow NLT l~ December 90. Tractor trailer de-
parts CPCA on or about 2B November 90 for CLNC.
2. Funding in the amount of $11,000.00 will be provided to T&EU
West for mission accomplishment in accordance with the OIC T&EU's
request.
3. Funding in the amount of $2~,000.00 will be available for
T&EU East.
4. Because of the long hours and shift work required for 24 hour
operations, T&EU' 5 are authorized to utilize hotel/motel vice
government quarters. However, all efforts will be taken by 01C
T&EU' 5 to ensure doubling-up in rooms is enforced, when feasible,
and a minimum use of R0V/rental car.
5. SSgt Sundvall, T&EU West will attend maintenance training at
~BA from 26 November - 6 December. Travel via commercial air and
use of rental car in and about the TAD site is authorized. Upon
completion of the training, proceed with Cpl;Sparkman to MCLB
Albany.
6. Cpl Sparkman, T&EU East, will attend maintenance training at
?BA from 26 November - 6 December and return to MCLB Albany (P0V
authorized)
7. 01C, T~EU West ensure all ownership Code "T" medium masks are
available at CLNC.
8. 01C, T&EU East, prepare all ownership Code T" masks for
transit to CLNC by TM0 weekly run.
