         of potable water are on-hand and available for issue at Logbase
         'CHARLIE':

                   (2) (U) PHASE III:
                        (a) OW) Be prepared to air-land/air-drop 8500 cases
         of bottled water per day.

                        (b)         Establish a production (1-150K ROWPU) and
         bulk/retail storage and distribution system (BOOK SDS) in the
         vicinity of LOGBASE OSCAR. At H+50 hours have 100k gallons
         on-hand. At H+72 hours have the 800K SDS full.

                        (c)         Within 2 hours upon arriving at LOGBASE
         OSCAR establish'and operate a 5 gallon water container excha@ge at
         LOOBASE OSCAR. Water container exchange point will have initial
         stockage of no less than 350 full, 5 gallon full water containers.

                        (d)         Within 2 hours upon arrival establish a
         retail water site at LOGBASE OSCAR.

                        (e)         Deploy tactical water distribution sets
         (TWDS) to interface ROWPUs and storage systems.
                        (f)    W    On-order. deploy and establish water
         production (lea 150K ROWPU) and a bulk water storage system (300K
         SDS). Destination to be defined by DCO-LOG-OPNS.

                        (g)         on order provide a bulk water storage
         system (SOK) to support the 15000 man POW cage in the'vicinity of
         LOOBASE OSCAR.


          (U) CMMC/MW:

                   (1) le      Control/direct the supply of water (bulk and
         bottled) to the Corps.

                   (2)         Maintain constant visibility of gtockage amounts
         a@ Logbage and CSO    locations.
