4. (U) TITLE: Plans and Policy: Operation Canteen, Removal of
Waste Service
5. (u) OBSERVATION: Removal of Refuge
6. (Lt) DISCUSSION: Lack of early preparation on th behalf a-F
DACG (rear) created some minor refuge buildup outside of Hanger
#817. Although this situation was rectified by DPCA personnel,
it did create a sanitary hazard which attracted additional
rodents into Hanger #817.
7. (u) LESSON LEARNED: DPCA SOP should provide for "canteen"
waste services during DACG Operation.
B. (u) RECOMMENDED ACTION: Prior to coordination by the
Departure Airfield Control Group (rear) with the refuge
contractual services group could/would prevent refuge cluttering
up and blowing around Marshal Army Airfield, in addition to the
rodent invasion upon Hanger #817.
