           4. (U) TITLE: Personnel: Reinstatement of Check Cashing
           Privileges for Dependents

           5. (u) OBSERVATION: Dependents are not allowed to write checks
           after deployment because spouses SSN is on bad check list.

           6. (u) DISCUSSION: Dependents need to be able to cash checks at
           Commissary and PX to provide -For dependent children. Some
           dependents are not aware privileges are suspended because their
           spouse maintained check book before deployment.

           7. (u) LESSON LEARNED: Dependents need to be informed of check
           cashing policies.

           S. (u) RECOMMENDED ACTION: More information be given on.the
           check cashing policy at Fort Riley when Soldiers has in
           processing briefing.
