4. (U) TITLE-. Logistics-. Local Supply Procedures
5. (u) OBSERVATION: Mobilizing units were confused with various
Supply and billeting procedures.
6. (LI) DISCUSSION: Units were initially provided handouts for
each function, to include strip maps and processing
ins@,rLkct4@ons. Handouts were often misplaced or not used.
7. (Lk) LESSON LEARNED- Units need a single source document
relating to all supply/service procedures.
e. (u) RECOMMENDED ACTION: Produce one handbook which is task
organized and has one map of the installation with pertinent
facilities annotated. Handbooks should reflect all required
documentation, a complete POC listing, p-ac@:ing lists, listing of
uniform sizes and stock numbers, CDE listing, name@ag and sewing
instructions.
9. (LI) COMMENTS: Handbook generated favorable unit feedback.
Processing time was reduced significantly.
