4. (U) TITLE: LOGISTICS: F'RISONER SUPPORT TO DEPARTURE AIRFIELD
CONTROL GROUP (DACG)
5. (U) OBSERVATION: Prisoner Support to Departure Airfield
Control Group (DACG).
6. (U) DISCUSSION. DACG Supervisors failed to pick up prisoner
details as schedule qithOLIt prcperly notifying unit,
Additionally, during the first two days of the commitment,
details were not required and no prior notification was given to
the unit. This caused several other commitments to not be
fulfilled because of the on-call DACG mission.
7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: Better coordination needs to happen
between DACG and USACB.
S. (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION: DACG ensure that daily requirement-
for prisoner support is ictstified for each scheduled day.
Additionally, DACG establish procedures to notify USACB and unit
at least 24 hours in advance when prisoner detail is not
required or will not be picked up as scheduled.
